Matching Game: Cluster A Personality Diorders

It's been a while, we're back! Here's a follow-up to our Cluster B matching game. It's--drumroll, please--a Cluster A matching game! Your job is simple: match the disorder to its description. Ready, and...go!

Here are the three disorders:

1. Paranoid personality disorder
2. Schizoid personality disorder
3. Schizotypal personality disorder

Here are three definitions:

A. Acute discomfort with close relationships as well as perceptual distortions and eccentricities of behavior.
B. Detachment from social relationships and a restricted range of expression of emotions.
C. Distrust and suspiciousness of others such that their motives are interpreted as malevolent.

But which disorder goes with which definition? Have at it. Answers are in comments.
